Hi, my name is Gene Cook. I'm just an ordinary guy who has been skinny my entire life, until I found the plan this site was built around. I know, being skinny doesn't seem like a big thing to someone who has struggled to lose weight their entire life, like the majority of our society. But, let me tell you, it is just as demoralizing to be called "runt," "skinny," and "pencil thin" as to be chided about being overweight.

I have created this website with the hopes of inspiring and helping other "hardgaienrs" to achieve their goals of attaining the physique of their dreams. However, Vince's No-Nonsense Muscle Building program isn't for hardgainers only.
