The Definitive Guide on How to
Gain Weight and Muscle
Part 1

Are you interested in learning how to gain muscle weight fast? How long has it been since you got on the scale and saw an increase in your weight? Do you frequently pig out at the local diner, or better yet, the “all you can eat” buffet without gaining an ounce? Those are the questions that prompted me to write "The Definitive Guide on How to Gain Weight and Muscle" article.

The very fact you’re reading this article indicates that you’re probably sick and tired of trying to gain weight, but without experiencing any success. Heck, you could have done the same experiment as Morgan Spurlock did in “Super Size Me,” the movie about gaining weight eating only McDonalds food three times a day, but without gaining any weight.

You are the genetically challenged person whose metabolism seems to be powered by jet fuel. Do you feel like you’re going to lose it the next time you hear someone say “you know, you really ought to gain same weight”? They think it’s as easy as just taking in more calories than you expend in a day. For these well meaning people, it’s just hard to accept that there are people who have a hard time gaining weight when they live in a word obsessed with losing weight.

Actually they have the right concept, but you need more. The part you need that they leave out is the practical real-world action steps and how to implement them.

If you have struggled your entire life, trying to gain extra pounds of muscle, but are still underweight, don’t give up just yet. It might help to know that you’re not alone. I have been in this same situation most of my life and I’m still working to get it right.

Those of us who have a predisposition to be skinny, are commonly referred to as “hard gainers.” This is a pretty cool label for a skinny person, despite the fact that they look like a #2 pencil when they wear yellow.

But Wait A Minute… It Isn’t Completely Your Fault That You’re Skinny

In defense of skinny guys, you have a metabolism that could power a Ferrari, limbs that cause you to look like a giraffe, and the strength of an octogenarian. You fight to gain weight while your male buddies seem to gain muscle by simply yawning. Hey, those guys piss me off as much as they piss you off!

You might believe that you will be frail for the rest of your life. You might also believe that you will have to endure the surprised looks when people find out that you lift weights. But, as a hard gainer myself, I’m living proof that people with genetic deficiencies can gain muscle weight. And my friend, Vince, shortly after college, developed a formula that helped him to transform his 149 pound weak body into a rock hard body weighing 190 pounds in just six months. He had been a long distance runner who routinely abused his body by running between 60 and 80 miles per week and did this for over 10 years prior to developing his formula that has proven successful for many people since then.

Skinny Guys Must Play By A Different Set Of Rules

The first step for you to take if you are underweight and desperately want to gain weight, is that you have to play by a different set of rules than people who gain weight easily. As my friend, Vince, says:

“Seeking and following advice from someone who gains muscle weight easily is like taking advice about how to earn money from someone who either inherited a fortune, won the lottery, or who is making their money illegally.”

Are you ready to think outside the box and give up the excuses you have used for being a “hard gainer”? Are you ready to quit listening to the naysayers who tell you that, because of your genetics, it’s impossible for you to gain lean muscle weight? Regardless of what you have been told, you do possess the ability to build a physique that will cause heads to turn and even intimidate others!

I am assuming, since you have read this far, that you are ready to overload your metabolism to ensure muscle growth. You are ready to put an end to the irritating references of others to the fact that you are “skinny” or “underweight.” If you begin to follow the simple steps that follow, don’t be one bit surprised if you gain a minimum of ten pounds of lean muscle weight within the next four weeks.

Well, that's exactly what The Definitive Guide on How to Gain Weight and Muscle Part - 2 will cover.
